SMART Recovery
A science-based program that helps you notice triggers, manage thoughts and feelings, and build healthier habits. Think of it as practical tools you can use every day.
Refuge Recovery
A mindfulness approach to healing. Uses meditation, compassion, and community to support Recovery and personal growth.
Recovery Dharma
A peer-led program that combines Buddhist principles with simple, modern tools for living in balance. Encourages self-reflection and building resilience together.
